Cajun Baked Tilapia, HCG Phase 2

This HCG Phase 2 meal is tasty and scrumptious!
The Tilapia is coated in a flavorful Cajun Spice mixture and then baked until perfect!
Its a great meal weather your are on the HCG diet or not!
Enjoy!

(DO NOT EAT IF ON PHASE 3! of HCG diet)

Ingredients:
100 grams Tilapia
1 Melba toast (crushed into crumbs)
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
a couple pinches of Thyme
A few dashes of salt and pepper
(some lemon juice for coating Tilapia)

Instructions:
Mix together all dry spices, including melba toast crumbs.
Dip Tilapia in Lemon juice then coat entire Tilapia in Melba Spice Mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 mins or until lightly brown.
Garnish with Fresh Thyme or a lemon Twist.

Hcg phase 2 recipe: Best Lemon/Garlic Shrimp Yum!!

WARNING: ROGUE P2 RECIPE!! HAVE ALWAYS LOST WT ON IT. Recipe contains Coconut Oil. Actually helps you go into ketosis (which is what this diet does anyway). Using coconut oil helps you loose more wt. Check w/ketosticks. You will be amazed! It really works. I add coconut oil to MY protocol. It always helped me loose MORE wt the next day.
Lemon/Garlic Shrimp: my most fav/fast dinner recipe on hcg ph2. THIS IS FOR THOSE ROGUE P2 ers!
Not huge shrimp fan, but this recipe I eat 2-3x a week, very satisfying. Feels like Im cheating off protocol, but Im not. Lose wt every time:)
Phase 3: can change coconut oil for olive oil as long as u check scale next day. Enjoy!!

For str8 Simeone’s prot, omit coconut oil, use whatever method u normally use to cook ur meat/stop it from sticking to pan. You can add some water, or seafood stock. Omit dry parsley.

Recipe:
2Tbs virgin coconut oil in pan on med
1tbs minced garlic of ur choice, some red pepper flakes to taste
Peel shrimp while u wait for garlic to brown/sizzle.
Add 1/2 bag shrimp (makes 3-4meals).
cook 3-5min till done. Dont overcook.
add in zest of 1 lemon, juice of same lemon let cook for another few secs.
top w/dried or fresh parsley

GRILLED CHICKEN PICCATA

1 lb. chicken breast
2 lrg. lemons
1 t. lemon zest
½ t. crushed dried rosemary
¼ t. salt
¼ t. fresh ground black pepper
2 T. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
1 T. capers, drained
½ t. dried parsley
Preheat grill to medium.
Halve and juice 1 lemon (should have about 3 T.) set juice aside.
Slice remaining lemon into 8 very thin slices and set aside.
Place chicken breast on a large plate. In a small bowl combine, lemon zest, rosemary, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breast. Rub in with your fingers. Arrange two slices of lemon on top of each chicken piece, overlapping if necessary. Place chicken on grill and cover. Grill for 15-18 minutes or until no longer pink and juices runclear.

Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan combine the lemon juice, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray, capers and parsley. Heat through. Remove chicken to serving plates and drizzle with warm lemon caper sauce.
Makes 4 servings

Roasted Asparagus

100g asparagus (or your allowed amount)
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 t parsley
1/4 t oregano
black pepper (to taste)

1. Preheat oven to 400.
Trim asparagus.
Spread the spears on a sheet of non-stick aluminum foil.
Add the seasonings.
Wrap all ends of the foil up tightly to make a sealed ‘pocket’.
Roast 15-20 minutes.

Strawberry Sorbet

Allotted amount of strawberries)

Juice of 1 lemon

sugar substitute (as needed)

water (if needed)

Freeze fresh strawberries about 1 hour.
Blend fresh frozen strawberries, lemon juice & sugar substitute in blender until very well blended.
You can serve immediately or place in freezer to allow it to firm up even further.

or add ice & water and other ingredients to fresh berries, blend.

HCG Friendly Meal Plans| Cooking Tutorials| Weightloss (Highly Requested)

FYI: I am no longer on the hcg diet on the diet I lost a total of 22.9lbs. Although i’m no longer on the diet I still follow some of the meal plans just using more protein. This plus exercise has help me keep the weight off and maintain for over a year now.

Hope this video is helpful to those of you wanting to start your journey.

This video has been highly requested for me to do tutorials on how to prepare meals that can be used on the hcg diet. The good thing about theses tutorials is it can be used in any diet or weightloss program. It a great way to lose weight and keep it off.
