I’m not perfect, I struggle with weight loss too. BUT I refuse to give up on my journey! I only recommend items that I actually tried. I love HCG drops and they DO WORK! Well….not all of them. There are a lot of knock off brands. I only purchase from one site – see below.
I purchased my HCG drops from here:

Looking And Feeling Good: Tips For Proper Nutrition
Do you know what you need to learn about nutrition? Do you plan out your meals to provide your body with proper nutrition? Would you like to make it better? Do you feel certain you are getting everything your body needs? The advice below will help you improve your nutrition, if you have said no to any of these questions.
A piece of advice is to increase the amount of vegetables and fruits that you eat everyday. The USDA suggests 9 to as many as 13 servings daily. That may sound like a lot, but it isn’t really that hard to fit them in. Orange juice, tomato sauce and apple sauce are all tasty ways to get your recommended servings in.
Make sure the ever-important fiber is part of your daily diet. One way fiber can help you is by helping you feel full. It can also reduce your blood cholesterol level. You can even reduce your risk of diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
Eat a variety of colored fruits and vegetables. When you eat bright veggies, you are more likely to get beneficial ingredients and less likely to get unhealthy ones. Include some fruits and vegetables every time you cook a meal. if you can, eat the skins on fruits and veggies. Skins are full of antioxidants.
Consume less salt. Most junk and fast foods are pretty salty. By reducing the amount of salt you eat, you will adjust your taste buds so that even small amounts of salt are sufficient. This could cause you to dislike the foods that you should not be eating. You won’t crave them as often.
Do you feel more prepared to handle your nutritional needs? Is your nutrition plan better now? Are you able to decide what foods your body needs? Is your body really getting all it needs from your current diet? The tips presented in this article hopefully helped you answer some of these questions.
