The HCG Diet Plan – Complete Instructions on the HCG Diet Plan

The HCG Diet Plan – Do you want simple and easy instructions for the HCG Diet. Visit our site for the complete instructions: https://trustedhcg.com/the-hcg-diet-protocol/

The HCG Diet is a simple program which is categorized into 4 phases.

Phase 1: Loading
The loading phase lasts for 2 days, and is designed to boost metabolic rate while building up HCG levels in the blood stream. During this phase, the dieter will take HCG Injections each morning, and then load up on calories both days.

Phase 2: Low Calorie Diet
The Low Calorie Diet is a 3-6 weeks phase that stimulates rapid fat loss from secure fat deposits. During this phase the dieter will continue taking HCG Injections, and will eat from a strict list of foods. If done correctly, most dieters will experience a drop in hunger starting on day 3. Individuals are expected to lose between 1/3-1 pound a day. However, stalls in weight loss are to be expected, and often last between 3 to 5 days.

Phase 3: Diet Break
Phase 3 is a controlled diet break which follows Phase 2. The completion of Phase 1 followed by Phase 2 is called a “Round”. Rounds are repeated until you have reached your goal.

Phase 4: Transition and Maintenance
After a dieter has achieved their goal with the HCG Diet, they will proceed to follow the Transition and Maintenance Phase. This phase is designed to help the dieter to transition back into a normal healthy lifestyle, while still enjoying the foods they love, in moderation.

Learning How To Eat With Proper Nutrition

Your health depends on proper nutrition. You need to ensure that food is helping your body and brain so you can feel great and live a full life. Keep reading to discover how!

Look at the labels of processed foods very carefully. Just because a product is labeled as reduced or fat-free, does not mean they are the best nutritionally. Avoid processed foods when dieting. If the label has a lot of words you don’t understand, it’s probably not healthy. One of the biggest things to watch out for on a label is the number of artificial ingredients.

You should eat many different kinds of protein each week. Mix up the meats that you eat to include fish and poultry. Eggs also contain a wealth of protein. Studies have found that eating one egg daily will not harm your health. Sometimes, you will want to refrain from eating meat on a particular day. Instead of meat, use peanut butter, peas, seeds, beans or nuts.

Breaking an addiction to junk food is one of the most difficult, but also most rewarding, obstacles on the road to improving nutrition. People can become accustomed to the taste and convenience of junk food. If you have such an addiction, you’ll probably keep craving junk for a long time after cutting them from your diet. Instead of giving into these cravings, focus on the benefits of the healthy alternatives.

Snacks, such as fruit smoothies, are a nutritious and delicious treat. The smoothies purchased at stores or stands are often loaded with calories. You can control the quality when you make it yourself. It’ll also be easier to put into your diet. Use healthy ingredients, such as fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and skim milk.

These simple tips on nutrition can impact your life in the big way. Use the advice you have read here, and you should enjoy higher energy levels, better focus and less stress in your everyday life! Don’t hesitate; improve your nutrition now and see the difference.
