(sunnyside up egg….hummm…..now that I look at it, its technically over easy, LMAO!)

A bit on Eggs and HCG Diet:
-Yes, it is okay to eat eggs on the HCG Weight Loss Diet.
-No, you should not eat them every day. (1-2 time a week Max)
-You can have up to 4 eggs total – 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg. (but this is one of your 2 meals for the day!) you can not eat one egg for breakfast and then have another protein for lunch, and another for dinner. Learn Proper Nutritional Habits Within Only Minutes

You, like most people, are probably health-conscious. However, you may not know where to begin. Read this article to learn how to get started on a healthier lifestyle.

Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits each day. According to the USDA you should eat about 9-13 servings of fruits or veggies every single day. That may sound like a lot, but it isn’t really that hard to fit them in. A fresh glass of orange juice or a tomato-based sauce on pasta can count as servings.

Add a multivitamin to your diet to get the best nutrition. Although natural foods are always superior to supplements for vitamins and minerals, you never know when you won’t consume enough of them on a given day.

Watching how much sugar we consume is a great tip for leading a healthier lifestyle. Many see fruit juice as a healthy improvement over soda. But this is not necessarily the case. Strangely, some brands of fruit juice are actually more sugary than soda. This is one of the reasons it is so important that you keep an eye on what you consume.

Pick dark chocolate over white or milk chocolate. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids, which lower blood pressure to normal levels. The antioxidants dark chocolate contains works to improve your cholesterol. To get the most benefit, eat chocolate that has 70% cocoa or more. Don’t eat too much since it has tons of calories.

One fantastic tip that can help with your nutrition is to use an artificial sweetener. Too much sugar can lead to many health issues, including serious heart problems. Some great alternatives are Sweet-n-Low or Splenda to lower your sugar consumption. You will not notice anything different about the taste.

Now that you’ve reached the end of this article, you should have the information you need to make healthy changes that are long overdue. Use the information you have learned here often and soon. Doing this is sure to produce rapid results.
