Strawberry Protein Powder Shake – HCG Friendly, Phase 2

This shake is something that we dearly love during phase 2 of the HCG diet.

Recipe (double batch):
2 ounces of water
1-1/2 scoops Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder – vanilla flavor
12 strawberries
1 cup of ice
stevia to taste (between 30-40 drops liquid)
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
2 tbsp – whipped topping (optional)
Blend in blender until smooth.

This shake provides approximately 24 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbohydrate, 0 grams fat, 350 mg of potassium and 380 mg of sodium to keep electrolytes in good shape, 170 calories. This counts for one of your protein meals and 1 fruit serving. It is delicious and satisfying! Enjoy!
