Instead I used the information that I learned in my diabetic class which was eati 3 to 3.5 oz of meat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ate 1/2 cup of vegetables(these can’t just be any vegetable some are high in carbs! I ate lots of green beans or greens or salad) and then a 1/4 cup of something that was a carb like whole grain rice or potatoes. I plan on doing a separate video with all the foods I ate because I have had alot of people asking what I ate. I did eat out! I will touch on that as well. I counted all of my calories and I used spark people to do this. If you have a smart phone they have an app to do this and it helps alot! Becuase I’ve gained so much weight lately, it’s not that exciting to have lost 14 pounds in 4 days even though I know that’s awesome. Once I get back to 300 pounds then I’ll feel that my journey has truly begun.
