hCG VLCD9 My Recipe for Chinese Chicken Soup

Makes 2 giant servings @ 160 calories each! INGREDIENTS: 3 c. chicken broth, 7 oz, chopped chicken, 14 oz. cabbage, 1/2 onion, 2 T garlic, 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/4 t Chinese Five Spices, 1/2 t Chinese mustard powder, 1/4 t red pepper flakes, 1 T soy sauce. DIRECTIONS: Heat chicken broth over low heat in a sauce pan. In a frying pan saute onion for a minute or two, then add garlic, saute for another minute, then add chicken, crushed red pepper flakes and Chinese five spices seasoning. When chicken is cooked add it to the broth. Put the cabbage in the frying pan with a splash of broth, stir and cover. Let steam for a few minutes. Add the soy sauce, mustard powder, and garlic powder, and when the cabbage seems done to your taste put it in the pot with the chicken and broth. Enjoy! What IS It About P3 That Feels So Scary?

Because Phase 2 is a more controlled environment it often feels reassuring. Phase 3 is different- you often don’t feel assured of anything. You’re desired outcome is to maintain your weight but the basic “rule” for supposedly achieving this feels pretty vague. This post is all about examining how you can do P3 in the most detailed way possible to make stabilizing your weight a sure thing. Or that’s what we hope anyway!

Just a warning. Doing Phase 3 this particular “BEST” way requires that you be pretty mature when it comes to how you handle eating and food because you are needing to be extremely cautious in multiple areas. HCG VLCD 13 Ceviche Recipe!!!

Ceviche!!!
Shrimp- 3.5 oz
Cucumber- 3.5 oz
Roma Tomato- 1 Lg
Cilantro- 1 handful
Lime Juice- 2 limes
Onion- 1 oz ( I forgot to add this in the video)
