This is a great recipe for HCG Phase 2 or just a healthy dinner! I used chicken breast, apples, sweet onion and poultry seasoning.
I used parchment paper under the chicken because on P2 you can’t use butter or oils
You can add a small salad to this meal as well, just remember the onions count as part of the daily HCG vegetable serving

So this is a super quick and easy recipe I found online! All it really calls for is some lemon, herbs, seasoning! In the oven process it also calls for adding onion and garlic, but I already meal prepped that so I had those on hand already! I hope you give this a try!

OMG it’s SO spicy hot made my nose run and had to catch my breath a few times.

HCG Phase 3 Cheesecake

Here is me making the amazing cheesecake, with no sugar or carbs; so you can have it on phase 3 of the HCG diet, or even the Atkins diet! It’s yummy! I said it wrong in the video; after you turn the oven to 250 degrees, it has to be cooked for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Here is the recipe!

P3 cheesecake
Crust-
-3 cream cheeses
-handful of almonds
-2 tbsp butter
– 1 cup almond flour
-1 tbsp sweetener (I use truvia)
-tsp of vanilla extract
-4 eggs

Preheat oven at 375
Mix almonds with food processor. Add in flour, sweetener, butter, vanilla. Mold in Pan.
If you’d like, you can pre bake the crust while you make the filling; put it in the oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Blend 3 cream cheeses.
Blend in 1 1/3 cup sugar little at a time so it blends. Blend in 4 eggs-1 at a time
Blend in tbsp vanilla and tablespoon of lemon juice. Also add in 8 oz of sour cream.

Pour it in the pan
And bake for 15 minutes at 350. Then 225 for 1 hour 15 minutes
Open door shut oven off and leave it in for 30 minutes to cool off. It is so good!
Optional:
1 cup raspberries
1/8 cup water
1 T sugar
Microwave them together and pour over cheesecake. YUM!

Hot and Sour Chicken soup, HCG Phase 2

I love this spicy, yummy, hot and sour chicken soup! ITs really hits the spot when you want something warm and your tummy will love it. You can do with out all the extra spice if you like, it will be better for those of you with sensitive stomachs. But me I LOVE LOVE LOVE the spice factor!

Sweet Lemon Chicken, HCG Phase 2

This simple Boiled sweet lemon chicken is easy and sweet.
Kinda like candy, sweet and sore, with a bit of kick to it!

Very yummy and perfect for all you chicken lovers out there!

 

HCG Asian Noodle Soup

This soup recipe is awesome because you can make it hot…or cold!

*Tip*
Soak noodles in bowl of water with 1 Tbsp lemon juice over night to remove the konjac smell associated with the Shirataki noodles. I usually have a container in my fridge ready for impromptu meals.

As a SOUP the recipe goes like this…
100 grams Chicken Breast
2 cups water or Low-sodium Veggie stock
1 tsp Crushed garlic
2 Tbsp Lime juice
100 grams Chopped Mushrooms, Peppers, Shallots and/or Celery (choose 2 and divide the 100g weight among the two chosen veggies how you wish)
1/2 tsp grated Ginger
1/2 bag Shirataki noodles
3 sprigs chopped Cilantro
(pinch of salt if you choose not to use veggie stock)
(chili flakes if desired)

Add chicken, water/stock, garlic and lime juice to a large pot and bring to a boil. I use precooked chicken but you can use raw and cook it in the water/broth. Add the 2 kinds of Chosen veggies from those listed above. Boil till veggies are soft and then add noodles and ginger (chili flakes if desired). Stir until well mixed and pour into a large bowl. Add chopped cilantro and more lime juice if desired. Enjoy!

As a COLD noodle dish…
100 grams Chicken Breast (thinly sliced)
1 tsp Crushed garlic
2 Tbsp Lime juice
100 grams Chopped Mushrooms, Peppers, Shallots and/or Celery (choose 2 and divide the 100g weight among the two chosen veggies how you wish)
1/2 tsp grated Ginger
1/2 bag Shirataki noodles
3 sprigs chopped Cilantro
(pinch chili powder if desired)

Place noodles, garlic, lime, ginger, and cilantro in a large bowl. Use two forks to gently toss to mix. Add a pinch of chili powder if desired. Add Thinly slice chicken breast and 2 chosen veggies from above, toss gently again. Pour into a bowl or on a plate and garnish with chopped cilantro. Add more lime juice if desired. Enjoy!
