I hope you enjoy these rich & dense pop-cycles with only 17.5 calories each! They are P2 & P3 friendly. Here is the recipe:
In your blender add 2 unsweetened ( no sugar added ) applesauce cups – each 3.9oz , stir in 4 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa, add 1 & 1/4 cup water, 3 Tbsp. Truvia , 1 Tbsp. Imitation vanilla ( if you use real vanilla you may need to adjust the amount ) , dash of salt & 12 drops LorAnn Butter Rum candy flavoring. Blend well then add to your molds & freeze till solid.
Calorie breakdown is approximately : 100 calories for the unsweetened applesauce & 40 for the unsweetened dark cocoa = 140 calories for the entire batch divide by # of molds, I was able to make 8 large pop-cycles to equal 17.5 calories each. Enjoy!
