Some great alternatives are Sweet-n-Low or Splenda to lower your sugar consumption. These sweeteners duplicate the taste of sugar so well that you won’t be able to tell the difference.

You have taken the initial steps necessary to begin positive changes in your consumption habits and once you put them into action you will be much happier and healthier for it!
