How I like my Fage Yogurt & Sexy boots! HCG diet, VLCD 36, released again!

Shout -out to lynnkeri1. I had to get some sexy boots thanks to her inspiration! Another 0.4 release. I also share how I like to eat Fage yogurt on P2 & P3. I add to one 6oz, 0% Fage greek yogurt 2 tsp flax meal, 1 Tablespoon Smuckers sugar free preserves, 3 packs of Truvia , about 1 tsp of imitation vanilla & 1 tsp of unsweetened coconut flakes. I then will skip one fruit & a grissini.

Nutrition can be a complex topic in today’s world. Much of the focus is on weight loss or maintenance, but many of us simply want better energy and a higher level of functioning. Ground turkey that is a mix of light and dark has less nutritional value than just white meat.

Do you want to decrease the amount of red meat you are eating? Consider using red meat as a condiment. You can use it to help add flavor and texture to vegetable or grain-based dishes. This flavorful method is popular in diverse cultures, including Chinese and Mediterranean foodies.
