HCG recipe P2 – Fish & Scallions

I make an Asian Inspired Fish dish for P2 Protocol
100 grams of Tilapia
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 slices of ginger
3 sprigs of cilantro
1 white of scallion
squeeze lime juice, salt & pepper
Salad: 5 green parts of scallion
Dressing:
1 tbs coconut oil
Juice from a quarter of a lime
1 drop of stevia, salt & pepper
