Make a THICK P3 Smoothie – R1P3

HCG – R1P3

Adding just a little xanthan gum and guar gum to your smoothie can make it nice and thick like the “real” smoothies I no longer eat made with poisons like ice cream and sugar. I found just 1/8th tsp. of xanthan gum and 1/4 tsp. of guar gum seems to be a good amount for the smoothies I make. See full article here: http://hcgchica.com/hcg-diet-make-a-thick-p3-smoothie-r1p3/

Nutrition: What You Need To Know About Eating Right

So, you want to eat better? That is great! However, there is so much information that you may not have a clue where to begin. Fear not! We have nutrition tips! In this article, we present some excellent tips to help you get organized and begin your healthy eating campaign.

People just don’t get enough protein today. Lean meats, fish, poultry provide high quality protein. Pork and chicken are also good choices. Protein will make you more full and helps your muscles to grow, and this is why you need it as a building block of your diet.

If you wish to have great nutrition, eat foods that are the closest to how they were naturally. Unprocessed, fresh foods are wonderful opportunities to make sure you get the nutritional requirements you need, while avoiding chemicals and fats.

Consume non-meat sources of protein as well as meats. There are multiple foods that are good sources of protein. Nuts and legumes, for example, contain high levels of protein, as do soy-based foods such as tofu and tempeh. Some of these foods can be a side dish or serve as the main course. Keep your diet interesting by switching up the types of proteins that you use.

Try eating a different kind of protein weekly. Choose skinless poultry, fish and lean meats. Eggs are also a great way to get some protein. Researchers have learned that one egg a day has no negative effect on health. Try to go without eating any meat once or twice a week. Instead of meat, use peanut butter, seeds, nuts, peas and beans in your meals.

Now that you read the above tips about nutrition, you should feel much better. There’s a ton to know, but at least you know where to start now. You always have these tips to refer back to when needed.
