Here is a low calorie, low carb, P3 friendly recipe. IF you are craving carbs, then try this! It is GLUTEN FREE as well!
2 Tbsp Golden Milled Flax seed
1 Tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 Tbsp Almond Flour (Meal)
1 Tbsp regular Cocoa
1 Tbsp Dark Cocoa
1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes (Unsweetened)
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds (roasted)
1 egg
3 Tbsp Almond Milk
3 Tbsp Oil (Coconut)
1 Tbsp Torani Sugar Free Hazelnut
10 packets Stevia
1 Tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
1 Tbsp Sugar Free Caramel Torani
Microwave for 4-5 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave. Serves 2 People.
