Pancake Recipe
3 oz cream cheese (do not use reduced or fat free- they contain starch!)
2 eggs
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
10 maple flavored capella drops (optional- but it makes it taste like the syrup is in your pancake so all you need is butter! yum!)
stevia to taste (optional)
Preheat skillet on around 6 (med.). Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend with mixer. Pour a spoon worth in shape of pancakes. Try not to make them bigger than what your spatula can flip. Usually 4 minutes on a side (for my stove anyway). Makes 4 pancakes. Enjoy!
