dash of sea salt (optional)
Add in the celery and your raw meat into a skillet on med/higher heat at the same time. Add in all the seasonings except the Braggs liquid aminos. Stir to spread the seasonings. Let the meat reach the fully cooked point and the point where the celery excretes water into the skillet. You want the celery to have a bit of a crunch but not as much as it would raw. At this point add in your braggs, stir and enjoy.
