I made a “Faux” Spaghetti that is p2 friendly!
One can Organic Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
3.5 oz. Extra lean ground turkey
1 Packet of sweetener *Use to taste*

Season your meat to taste.
I Used Garlic powder, sea salt and Italian seasonings.

Enjoy!!
