Hcg Diet~Round 5 VLCD #21 *Flax Bread Experiment -.9 lbs Results*

Weighed in at 156.3 lbs with a -.9 lb release. Experimented with the flax bread for breakfast. (Check out BrazillianGirl36)
RECIPE:
Cinnamon Coconut Flax Bread
1 large egg
2 Tbsp Golden milled flax
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp stevia glycerite
1 Tbsp Hazelnut Sugar Free Torani
1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce (homemade)
2 tsp Saigon Cinnamon
microwave for 2 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave.
