Staying healthy and eating right is not rocket science. You can find a bunch of tips ahead that can help you become knowledgeable about food. It really is pretty easy to get good nutrition.

Highly milled grains should be minimized in any diet. When you take the hull out of the equation, you get rid of the health benefits. Do you want to throw away those nutrients and then try to replace them with supplements or other foods? No, it doesn’t make sense.
