I started this hCG diet journey with hCG injections at 172 pounds, 34.5% body fat and a size 16/18.
I have been doing a little intermittent fasting in the form of Brad Pilon’s Eat Stop Eat protocol- it’s very simple- just fast for 24 hours 1-2 times a week. I’m loving it! It’s so simple and means that I don’t have to worry about what or how much I’m eating the other days of the week.

2 fasting days down now with the Eat Stop Eat Protocol. I also added back in some healthy starches like potatoes and brown rice. So far it has been going great!
I’m not sure what it is about my genetics perhaps, but I can really pack it away! My husband is 6′ tall, weighs between 185-200 lbs depending on the season and has a very physically active job, and I can out eat him any day!
