my YUM shrimp recipe
100g shrimp (cut in 3s and de-pooped)
squirt of lime juice (for moisture.. add more for flavor if you’d like)
1/2 teaspoon garlic (or more)
few shakes of Turmeric
few shakes of Crushed Red Pepper
salt & pepper to taste

combine ingredients in a Wok (or skillet) and stir… shrimp will take less than 5 minutes to cook, when its nice and pink its DONE!
