What to Consider When It Comes to HCG and Exercise
Basically I think it comes down to this-
1. When you do exercise on hCG, how do you feel? Do you feel fine? Good even? That’s probably a pretty good indicator that for you, adding exercise to hCG is a good thing, beneficial even.
