HCG Diet – 1st Week Results

Here are the results from my first week on the HCG Diet. I’ve lost 7.8 pounds and 3.5 inches. Should note that the inch loss is only calculated from chest, waist, hips, r.arm, l. thigh. So not bad for a first week.

I’m expecting TOM any day now, so that has stalled things a little. The video explains more.

Thanks to the new subscribers!! I really appreciate having others to share this journey with!

Tips To Help You Develop Better Nutritional Habits

Nutrition can be hard to understand nowadays. We often focus on how much we eat and what we eat in terms of weight loss or gain. But the true focus on the right nutrients and vitamins is overlooked by many people. Learn more about nutrition by reading this article.

You should add between 600 and 900 milligrams of garlic into your diet each day. Garlic can help fight many types of diseases including cancer. Garlic also helps your organs fight against bacteria and fungus. You can enhance your health and the flavor of your food by adding fresh garlic or garlic extracts to your daily meals.

Instead of giving up favorite dishes that aren’t healthy, just swap out unhealthy ingredients for more nutritious options. Make sure that all foods you eat serve a purpose nutritionally. Restaurants now provide more nutritional information concerning menu choices, so this makes it easier these days on the person eating out.

Make your own fruit smoothies. Try to stay away from the do it yourself products sold in stores as these are often all hype and not nutritious or healthy due to high calories. It is easy to make a smoothie! Also, you can more easily fit it into your plan. Try using ingredients like bananas, fresh or frozen fruit, skim milk, and Greek yogurt for a low-calorie healthy smoothie.

All throughout the day, try to encourage more water drinking. Milk and juice are fine once in a while, but always offer water as an alternative. Constant consumption of milk or juice all day long will spoil their appetite.

As mentioned earlier, good nutrition is important in everyone’s life, even if you do not know much about it. Now that this article has been read through, you know what you haven’t figured out yet about nutrition. Apply these tips on a daily basis and take advantage of the health benefits.
