Chicken “tacos” on Phase 2- I do mix my veggies as I use 2 Romaine leaves as my taco shells.
Recipe: 1 chopped roma tomato, 1 precooked chicken portion chopped, 2 tsp dried minced onion, 1 1/2 cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt to taste, squirt of Braggs Liquid Aminos, 1/8 cp water, xanthum gum. 2 Medium leaves of romaine lettuce.
Cook water, chicken and tomato together on med/high heat, add spices and additional 1/8 cup water. Whisk in small dashes of xanthum gum until a light sauce is created. Lay within the romaine lettuce leaves and eat like a regular taco.
