We have a GREAT recipe for you to try while on P3. Cinnamon Bread is a great treat and very filling!
RECIPE:
1/4 C ground flax seed
1/4 C splenda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2 tbs butter
1. melt butter, then wisk with egg.
2. mix dry ingredients, then combine with butter/egg.
3. mix well, then microwave for 1:45….
