Ingredients:
1 Can of Full Fat Coconut Milk (chilled and separated… use only the thick cream at the top)
1/2 t. Vanilla Extract
4 t. or Packets of Sweetener of your choice (Stevia, Truvia, Xylitol, etc.)
2 T. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Whip creamy chilled coconut milk with a hand mixer (discard the leftover clear liquid a the bottom of the coconut milk can). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended. Eat right away or chill in the fridge to make it a little thicker!
