Make sure you use turkey breast since dark meat isn’t much different than ground beef in terms of nutrients. Some ground turkey contains a mix of dark meat and breast and you won’t gain that saturated fat reduction.

Your body needs wholesome fuel from your daily caloric allotment. Your body will respond more favorably to 1800 calories of lean meat, dairy and wholesome vegetables, then the same calories in french fries and soda pop.
