HCG Chili

100g lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
minced garlic to taste
1 can Hunts Fire Roasted tomatoes with garlic
3oz tomato paste
1 cup water
1/4 cup chicken broth
garlic powder
Tony Chacheres seasoning
chili powder
cumin

Brown ground beef. Drain any remaining fat. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Add tomatoes and spices and stir. Then add broth and water. Stir in tomato paste until thickened. Let simmer about 15-20min. May add crushed grissini to top.
