Trust me on this one, I’m going to show you something I love to cover in Chocolate Delight in order to make it stretch farther. It’s kind of strange, but oh so good! It’s fun to make this treat then let your family & friends try to guess what it is. Let me know if you ever do this & what kind of response you got! Just a fun little thing to do 🙂 I hope you enjoy our Halloween costumes! Here is my simple Chocolate Delight recipe ( Cocoa D ):
In small crock pot melt 1 cup Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, unrefined (I used Trader Joe’s Brand), sift in 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder & whisk until dissolved, add 1 cup POWDERED Truvia, dash of salt & 2 Tablespoons of imitation vanilla & whisk until well blended. You may want to go ahead & turn down or off your crock pot so that your chocolate doesn’t seize up. Dip your treats in the liquid Chocolate Delight then place on parchment paper on a small cookie sheet then place in freezer until set up. Chocolate Delight needs to be kept cold because coconut oil melts at about 76 degrees F (24 C ). Enjoy!

Nutrition Done Right – Advice To Get You Healthy

Changing your diet to incude various nutritious foods can better your life. Thankfully, helpful advice, such as what is taught by dieticians and nutritionists, can help you make huge changes in your life.

Riboflavin is an essential nutrient and important in a healthy diet. We need this nutrient to release the energy from fat, carbs and protein used in our bodies. The body also needs it for metabolic processing and iron distribution. Riboflavin is commonly found in foods such as dairy products or grain.

If you have an addition to sweets and other junk food, getting out of that addiction can make a big improvement in your nutrition goals. A habit of eating junk food can leave a person accustomed to their convenience and taste. Cravings for these snacks can remain long after the change to a better diet. The best thing to do is to acknowledge these cravings and focus your attention on healthier options.

If you want to have a regular functioning digestive system you will be able to lose a lot of weight and not have too much body weight. Drink lots of water and make sure you get enough fiber every day.

Be sure to take your time eating. Many people are often very busy and consequently, get in the habit of eating quickly. Rather than eating quickly, go slow. If you savor each bite, you will be much healthier in the long run. This can make you feel full quicker. You’ll also avoid over-eating.

A basic practice of nutritionists is to limit the amount of processed grains in diets. Grains that are highly milled have had their hulls eliminated, meaning there is less fiber in the grain. Doesn’t discarding the hull, then fortifying it with additives seems like a roundabout method of getting proper nutrition from grains? No, that’s a silly thing to do.

Regardless of what your reason is to find out more about nutrition, the desire to monitor what you consume can really improve your life. Your body will become much more healthier with proper nutrition.
