This HCG Phase 2 meal is tasty and scrumptious!
The Tilapia is coated in a flavorful Cajun Spice mixture and then baked until perfect!
Its a great meal weather your are on the HCG diet or not!

(DO NOT EAT IF ON PHASE 3! of HCG diet)
Ingredients:
100 grams Tilapia
1 Melba toast (crushed into crumbs)
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
a couple pinches of Thyme
A few dashes of salt and pepper
(some lemon juice for coating Tilapia)
Instructions:
Mix together all dry spices, including melba toast crumbs.
Dip Tilapia in Lemon juice then coat entire Tilapia in Melba Spice Mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 mins or until lightly brown.
Garnish with Fresh Thyme or a lemon Twist.
