In partnership with FaveDiets (http://www.favediets.com/vegetables ) recipe, I wanted to produce another good side salad to have with your entrée or main dish. Sometimes side dishes are the easiest ones for me to fall into a rut cooking, and just like your main dishes need a little creativity, your side dishes do too. I contemplated putting bacon in this recipe, but I thought some might think I was addicted to the stuff. You can choose for yourself if you want to add chopped bacon or not.
Ingredients:
1 cup Mayo
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 Bunches Broccoli
8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Salt/Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp of Paprika
Makes 10 Servings.

A certain amount of nutritional knowledge is important to have, and the concepts in this piece are great for teaching you how simple it can be to achieve a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Protein is an important component of your daily diet. Protein is essential to maintain the health of muscles, organs, skin and blood. Proteins also help your energy metabolism and your cell processes. Proteins help your body defend itself from diseases. Healthy protein can be found in a variety of sources including fish, meat, poultry, grains and milk.
Fiber is a great thing for anyone to have in their diet. This will help you to control your weight. Adequate fiber also helps control your cholesterol. More fiber can reduce your risk of getting certain types of cancers, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes.
If you are trying to lose weight, you should consider carrying meals and snacks with you throughout the day. If you prepare your meals in advance, you will not have to go to restaurants and make bad nutritional choices. Preparing a healthy meal will not take more than ten minutes.
Take a multi-vitamin each day to ensure that you are getting all the nutrients that your body requires. Although you should try to get as many vitamins from your food as possible, a multi-vitamin gives you the insurance that you need if you slip a little.
