If you want to reduce your red meat consumption but need to keep a healthy level of protein, try including Quinoa to your meals. This is one food that’s a great source of essential amino acids and that makes it a rare food. It’s also gluten-free and has lots of vitamins. Quinoa has a very subtle, nutty flavor that many find to be a nice change from meat.

If you’re full, stop eating. This prevent you from overeating, and sends the signal for digestion to your body. You’ll control your diet and feel more healthy.
