We had some pretty surprising news today at the fertility doctor!

I have done 7 rounds of Clomid with no success. This is my 4th ultrasound at the Fertility Specialist. I just finished my 2nd round of Femara and we are scheduling hcg injections and insemination this week!

When going shopping for groceries, allow your kids to assist you in picking foods. If you let them pick out fruits and vegetables that they want, they’ll be more likely to eat them. They may find new foods since brightly colored things will catch their eye.

Have you tried a healthy puree of peaches, pears or berries? This sweet spread is ideal for anything from pretzel dip to pita chips. With so many different seasonal fruits available, feel free to mix and match them to keep things lively and explore new flavors.

Help your child to become interested in new foods by describing the texture, rather than the taste. You can also eat some first and show them how much you enjoy it to see if that tempts them to try it.
