Vegetarian HCG diet – brunch that works for me !

After the cancer treatment that worked so well , I had to be on tons of carrot juice and supplements that increased my appetite and I started to gain weight ..did not like this as I did not feel myself anymor and when I was in Kansas Conference my good friend and sister in Christ has introduced me to HCG diet. At first it was painful to follow and I was always hungry until I found my way of eating and still loosing while on HCG but I had to compromise my vegan diet to a vegetarian diet . On 500 calories I was way too hungry even with HCG drops no matter how many drops I increased but with the injection and 800-1000 calories I am still loosing visibly and I don’t feel hungry at all and I am able to even exercise lightly.

Tips For Eating A Healthy, Nutritious Diet

Learn to read labels and look for 100% whole wheat as a top ingredient in your daily picks. This will provide your body with the fiber it needs, as well as nutrients that refined carbohydrates lack.

Oatmeal is a great way to start the day. The grain in oatmeal will keep you satisfied and full for longer.

Eat ground turkey rather than ground beef. It is lower in calories and saturated fats. It’s important to discriminate between ground turkey breast and dark turkey meat, as dark turkey and ground beef are nutritionally similar. Some ground turkey contains ground dark meat. Avoid this.
