These are the changes I’ve noticed after two shots of HCG. I am told to shoot three times per week, 400 IU each shot (which is a pretty high dose). A few hours ago I injected my first shot of week 2. I’ll post another update soon.

Eat Healthy To Keep Your Body Young

It is very difficult to eat healthy when young. However, older generations will always talk about how it would have been nice to have taken care of themselves during their youth. In this article, we will present solid guidelines for nutrition for people of any age.

Use your daily caloric intake to provide your body with the wholesome food it needs. Eating roughly 2,000 calories of nutritious vegetables, whole grains and proteins is better than eating 2,000 calories of junk food. The type of food you consume is equally important as the amounts you eat.

Salmon is an excellent food to include in your diet. This popular fish adds both omega-3’s and niacin into your diet. Omega-3’s can help you avoid serious conditions like depression and cancer, and niacin fights against Alzheimer’s. However, make sure to select wild salmon instead of farm-raised; this will help you avoid dangerous chemicals.

Let your children help you shop for food. Allowing them to select their favorite veggies and fruits increases the chance that they will eat them. Doing this can also entice children to try out new foods, especially those with bright colors.

Do you struggle with motion sickness? Try ginger. You can get ginger in capsule form. Take one 1,000mg pill before you leave and repeat that about every three hours. Ginger helps prevent upset stomach and nausea, which is often associated with travel. Ginger tea and ginger candies may also help.

If you want to lose some weight, avoid eating at fast food restaurants and do not buy junk food or processed food. Steer clear of fried, greasy and processed food and also food that is high in simple carbohydrates, such as sugar and flour.

Good nutrition and good health go hand in hand with one another. No matter what age you are, you should take advantage of the suggestions above and make some smart changes to your diet. You only get one body, and it should be protected.
