Reduce the amount of sugar that you eat per day in your meals. By avoiding sugar, you can limit your risk of heart conditions and other medical concerns. Rather, give Stevia or Splenda a try. These sweeteners duplicate the taste of sugar so well that you won’t be able to tell the difference.
