i’m extremely happy with the results I had on the hcg diet it was an amazing experience for me…. i’m no longer on the diet but I am continuing my journey with continued healthy eating choices and a good diet….

I would recommend this diet base off my experience… but do remember it’s not a quick fix it’s a life style change if you do what you were doing prior to the diet YOU WILL GAIN YOUR WEIGHT BACK…..

Tips For Learning How To Eat More Nutritiously

Making smart choices about food is not hard, and it is a great thing to do for yourself and your health. If you don’t take the time to educate yourself, then it’s easy to make simple mistakes that can turn into poor nutrition. Fear not! These tips will outline the ways you can improve your nutrition safely.

It is important to consume proteins every day. Protein maintains and builds up your muscles, organs, skin and blood. Cell processes also rely heavily on proteins, as well as the process of extracting energy from food. Protein aids your bodies defenses against diseases. If you want to max out your protein consumption every day, eat legumes, dairy products, meats, tofu, seafood, and whole grains.

Try to eat vegetarian proteins as part of your regular diet. Many foods other than meat contain protein. You can consume nuts, soy, tofu, or beans. Put some egg whites in your smoothies. Egg whites contain a large amount of protein, but are low in calories and fat free. This makes them an ideal choice for pregnant woman. Pasteurized eggs are recommended for avoiding health issues.

It is just a matter of doing your homework, inquiring about what you don’t yet know and applying what you do know, but living healthier is totally worth it.
