Ingredients:
1/2 Med-Large Onion (cut into thin rings)
4-6 Tbsp or your choice of liquid
(example: Chicken broth, Beef broth, Vegetable broth, Water, Lemon Juice…)
Directions:
Heat skillet on Med-High heat.
Add your onions to the pan.
Cook for 10-15 mins
Periodically deglaze pan with you liquid to prevent burning, and to flavor the onions.
Serve immediately over an HCG protein, or alone.
