Crackers without any grain or starch! Yes!
1 cup almond meal
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg white
1/2 Tbsp water
Seasoning, optional
Prepare cracker meal and bake for 11 to 15 mintues at 350. Turn oven off and leave crackers in oven for approx 45 minutes to cool and brown all the way to the middle. Remove from oven and break apart.
