Having done this diet successfully 3 times, I know that the food options can get old. My goal of this book is to provide you with meal ideas that I have tried myself and enjoyed. It is nice to have new food ideas to try to keep you motivated. You can also add twists and variations to these recipes to your own liking! The most important thing is to make sure you know what IS and IS NOT approved on your specific HCG Diet protocol as there are slight variations. The ingredients and measurements I list in this book are ones that are approved on the particular HCG diet that I do and of which I have experienced successful weight loss. Although it is not spelled out in any of the recipes, no oils or butter are to be used to cook any of these recipes. If something seems to try or needs fried in a liquid, add water or broth.
This low calorie diet is not intended for anyone pregnant or nursing and as with any diet or exercise plan, you should consult your health care provider first. While thousands of people have experienced dramatic weight loss results while taking HCG and following this program, individual results will vary based on your own body’s response, and how disciplined you stay to the approved foods lists. And as far as exercise goes, DO NOT EXERCISE WHILE ON THIS DIET!
