You may already do this but just wanted to share something I have learned in hopes to help someone out there be better prepared than I was for Phase 3.
If you have any ‘tips or tricks’ you learned while on P3, I would love to know.
Thanks for watching my video,

Health comes from good nutrition. Try researching what the body needs in terms of nutrition. You may have individual nutritional needs but there are basics that all people need on a daily basis. You need to understand what works with your body. Here is advice that other people have found to be helpful. Have fun with this info.
Meat is not the only source of protein, and it’s a good idea to get your protein from multiple sources. There are a great number of options available for you to choose from. Snacking on nuts or building a meal around beans, soy, tofu, or fish can get you all the protein you need. These versatile types of protein are easily incorporated into dishes. Mixing up how you include protein in your diet will keep you from getting pulled into a boring routine.
Almonds are a great choice when cooking with nuts. Almonds offer many nutritional benefits. They are rich in protein, help to reduce cholesterol and also encourage the production of blood cells. They don’t cost as much as other nuts, either.
It is a good idea to have a snack before you head off to enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner. If your stomach is empty when you attend this dinner, you will tend to overeat. If you eat a bite of food before you go, it is easier to feel full faster and eat less.
Always choose baked over fried goods. Baked or steamed foods contain less oils and fats when compared to fried foods. If you replace fried, oily foods with baked versions, you should quickly be able to notice higher energy levels throughout the day.
Hopefully, you’ve just been given all the answers you need. Keep in mind that you need good nutrition to have good health. Spend time learning about the nutrients required by your body. The time spent is worth it!
