3.5 oz of ground turkey, or lean ground beef or ground chicken
2 stalks of celery chopped (omit celery if not mixing veggies)
juice of a lemon wedge
few sprays of Braggs liquid aminos
splash of fish sauce
1/8 tsp. of five spice (optional)
pepper to taste
Romaine lettuce leaves
Sautee everything together and serve in lettuce leaf wraps. You could also make a dipping sauce out of braggs and lemon juice or braggs and apple cider vinegar. Or for an even more traditional dipping sauce (if you take a liking to the fish sauce) fish sauce, vinegar, lemon or lime some stevia and red pepper flakes. Yum!

Trying To Get Healthy? Try These Ideas!
One of the basic aspects of life is nutrition. We all have to deal with it. A person’s choices determine whether he is getting all the essential nutrients he needs or not. If you follow these tips, you will see that there is more to following nutritional guidelines than fixing meals of water and salad.
Salad has always been considered a health food, however the dressing many people use to cover the lettuce is not very healthy. Creamy dressings contain more calories and fat and are often lower in nutrients than vinaigrettes. Rather, opt for vinaigrette dressings or just combine olive oil and vinegar yourself. Adding healthy toppings to a salad (like cranberries or walnuts) will also improve their benefits.
Try eating a variety of protein every single day. Select fish, skinless poultry, and lean meats. Eat a lot of eggs as well. Studies have found that eating one egg daily will not harm your health. Designate one day a week to go without meat. Instead of meat, use peanut butter, seeds, nuts, peas and beans in your meals.
Take a good, high-quality multi-vitamin daily for optimum nutrition. Although natural foods are always superior to supplements for vitamins and minerals, you never know when you won’t consume enough of them on a given day.
Avoid too many microwave meals. The reason is that such items often contain excessive quantities of sugar and fat. If you want good health benefits, only shop for the freshest fruits, vegetables and meats at your grocer.
Deprivation is never fun. Good nutrition does not require you to deprive yourself of anything; it is the act of eating more nutritious foods more often, and eating unhealthy stuff in moderation. You should apply the different tips you just read and start making small changes to your diet.
