Well, I think something in this sauce screwed me up and cause 2 days of 2.2lb gains. Perhaps too much tomato paste or something. Maybe the Xylitol? I may never know…
I will try this again when I hit a real P3 and this time I will use Stevia and less tomato paste but this will have to wait awhile since I am going back on P2 shortly.
