Many people have bought into the idea that processed foods taste better than whole grains. Yes, white flour may be a better alternative for some baked goods. However, whole grains usually taste better than grains that are over-milled. They also have digestive-aiding fibers.

A good nutrition tip involves eliminating sugar and replacing it with artificial sweeteners. An excess of sugar can cause health issues ranging from diabetes to cardiac concerns. Try using artificial sweeteners like Stevia or Splenda. You won’t even notice the difference.
