RECIPE
Chicken Breast 100 grams or 3.5 oz
2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
1 1/2 tsp of water
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp Tony Cacheroos
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 onion powder

rub on chicken & cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked through

Same spices for the cabbage sauted in Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or All zero Pam/Crisco Spray until tender
