I’ve been battling with my own weight loss issues for many years. Probably I’m similar to you if you’ve had to do the same thing. It’s more like a game. But it’s certainly not a fun game. Far from it!

Life threatening in some respects because with a lot of extra weight comes the potential for health issues. Not only joint problems but also things like diabetes and heart disease, to name only the two potential horror stories that are commonly associated with being over-weight.

I’ve tried so many different ways to control my weight. Same story for many others who face the same problem as I do — it was very difficult to lose weight and keep it off, as I said. Nothing much seemed to work. Even going to the gym, which I really can’t do very often because of my busy life, didn’t make much difference. Plus, I can’t claim to be much of a workout fanatic. Not at all my thing, thank you.
