HCG diet information:

DROPS: 6 drops under the tongue 6 times a day
1st and 2nd Day: Loading Days
• Empty Bladder.
• Weigh yourself, with a digital scale on flat surface write it down in a daily journal
• Start your hCG
• Eat your favorite junk or foods with high calorie and fat if you can, as much as you want, you want “new fat” so it will help your old stored fat wake up and release the abnormal fat that’s been around too long already.
• Drink at least a half of your body weight in fluid ounces of water

3rd Day to 40th Day (depending on your personal program)
• Empty Bladder.
• Weigh yourself, write it down in your weight tracker (may have gained from 1st 2 days)
• Continue your daily dosage of hCG
• Start your HCG Diet
• Drink at least a half of your body weight in fluid ounces of water EVERYDAY
• Start walking 20 minutes 3-6 times a week and build up (at your own pace) to 45 minutes 3-6 times a week.

Load, Binge, Gorge, overeating days!
You need to eat at least 3000 calories for these 2 days. This will help your brain relax and not hold onto any fat! It will not think you are going ON a diet or going to starve yourself. This will help the fat release easier without doing this properly it will take longer for the fat to come off and out of your body!!

Fruits: (2 servings a Day)
1. Handful of Strawberries
2. ½ of a Grapefruit
3. Apple
4. Orange

Vegetables: (2 servings a day)no carrots,potatoes,beans or peas
Raw, steamed, grilled (without oil) or boiled
One Large handful
• Spinach
• Chard
• Lettuces of any kind
• Tomatoes
• Celery
• Fennel
• White, yellow, or red onions
• Red Radishes
• Cucumbers
• Cabbage
• Asparagus

Proteins 100-150 grams/4-6 oz raw (2 servings a day)
No tuna or salmon
• Veal
• Beef, roast, steak
• Chicken breast skinless
• Tilapia
• Chilean Sea Bass
• Flounder
• Dolphin fish
• Halibut
• Sole
• Shrimp
• Scallops
• Crab
• Lobster
• 2 Egg whites

You may season any of the food with lemon juice, Salt, pepper, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc. Spices should be in their natural form for best results. Watch out for sugar, artificial sweeteners, mixed veggies or foods not allowed on the diet (i.e. carrots) in your spices.

Absolutely no oil, butter, dressings!
Melba Toast (1-2 a day – preferably none)
Liquids (unlimited)
