This is a yummy and very satisfying beef taco meal for you wile on the HCG diet Phase 2. Healthy and supper tasty. I made it for myself and a few friends for dinner. Was a hit!
Ingredients:
100 g Lean ground beef
Lettuce leaves (if you like)
1 Tbsp Onion (Minced)
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
Dash Garlic Powder
Dash Onion powder
1/8 tsp Oregano
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Green Onion (optional)
Cilantro (optional)
Directions:
Brown ground beef
Add onion, garlic, spices and a little water.
Simmer 5-10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve taco style in lettuce leaf faux tortillas and a side of salsa or Pico.
