Awesome Apple Cinnamon Crisps – HCG Diet Recipe

http://gabrieljoseph.com/awesome-apple-cinnamon-crisps-hcg-diet-recipe – Here’s a quick hcg diet phase 2 approved dessert (unlike the calorie and sugar rich brownies my wife made for our party this evening). It’s only 70 calories and counts as 1 fruit serving for the day. My sweet tooth was satisfied and the stevia used as an all natural sweetener stuck around as a very nice after taste for at least half an hour.

This recipe rocked! Best thing is that it took me about 2 minutes of food prep and about 12 minutes in the oven. The only thing to clean up while the apple crisps are cooking is a knife and a cutting board! It’s so easy. That’s just the way I like it.

Awesome Apple Cinnamon Crisps – HCG Diet Recipe

Eat Your Way To A Healthier Body

There are many more people out there who would like to eat healthy, than there are people who actually do. If you want to move out of the former group and into the latter, you are in luck. Improving your nutrition is easier than you might think. All it takes are a few small changes, and the advice contained here can help you see results quickly.

It is important that you do not skip your protein needs. Lean meats are your best choice, like steak. Other good sources include pork and chicken. Protein is a very important nutrient that aids with muscle growth and makes you full quicker.

Proteins serve many positive functions in the body and should be part of your daily diet. Protein maintains and builds up your muscles, organs, skin and blood. They also aid your body in both energy metabolism and cell processes. Proteins also serve as a defensive mechanism against diseases. Foods that contain protein include fish, meats, legumes, milk, and grains.

Make healthier decisions slowly and don’t try to rush things. Try not to do a complete overhaul overnight. It is also useful to ease into changes gradually so that you do not become frustrated. Add healthy food items to your diet gradually. Form healthy habits over time.

Nutrition should be a top priority for pregnant or lactating women. Pregnant women should always be sure to eat enough protein. Unfortunately, they may not want to eat. Make your morning shake with some egg whites blended in! Egg whites contain 3g of protein and just 15 calories each. They are fat-free, so they are a very good source of pure protein. Pasteurized eggs must be used to avoid potential health risks like salmonella.

Unfortunately, a lot of people haven’t discovered how easy it can be to fix their diet. Since reading this article, you are probably not one of them. Even minor changes can have major results for your diet and your health.
