WARNING: ROGUE P2 RECIPE!! HAVE ALWAYS LOST WT ON IT. Recipe contains Coconut Oil. Actually helps you go into ketosis (which is what this diet does anyway). Using coconut oil helps you loose more wt. Check w/ketosticks. You will be amazed! It really works. I add coconut oil to MY protocol. It always helped me loose MORE wt the next day.
Lemon/Garlic Shrimp: my most fav/fast dinner recipe on hcg ph2. THIS IS FOR THOSE ROGUE P2 ers!
Not huge shrimp fan, but this recipe I eat 2-3x a week, very satisfying. Feels like Im cheating off protocol, but Im not. Lose wt every time:)
Phase 3: can change coconut oil for olive oil as long as u check scale next day. Enjoy!!

For str8 Simeone’s prot, omit coconut oil, use whatever method u normally use to cook ur meat/stop it from sticking to pan. You can add some water, or seafood stock. Omit dry parsley.

Recipe:
2Tbs virgin coconut oil in pan on med
1tbs minced garlic of ur choice, some red pepper flakes to taste
Peel shrimp while u wait for garlic to brown/sizzle.
Add 1/2 bag shrimp (makes 3-4meals).
cook 3-5min till done. Dont overcook.
add in zest of 1 lemon, juice of same lemon let cook for another few secs.
top w/dried or fresh parsley
